A shame, yesterday the card was left at the ATM, I personally went to pick it up first thing in the morning today and they told me that they hadn't picked it up yet that it should come to me later, as work I asked if they could pick it up with my ID and they told me yes. They have come to pick her up with my ID and they have told her in the middle of tomorrow to come back later, when she arrived later they have not given her the card and they have summoned me at 3:00 p.m. When I arrived I wanted to put a claim sheet and speaking to me with a cocky attitude they told me that it is not time to put it back tomorrow. All this waiting for the corresponding queues to collect the card. On top of that, because I could not enter yesterday, they have charged me 30 euros as a surcharge for non-payment.

A shame that there are people unemployed, while they are there charging for touching their noses. You go to the office and in addition to treating you with smugness and contempt, they do everything possible not to help you, they encourage you to do everything from the app or by phone, which you can call for hours and no one will ever pick up!

I talk to the director to file a complaint and she denies it. All because the ATM swallowed my money and no one knows where it is. I have waited more than a week to get my money back. In the end I had to make the claim over the phone.

The ATMs usually swallow the money once a month, and the disastrous customer service, very bad experience.

You can spend days calling and they don't pick up the phone, I don't understand the zero telephone service at this branch
