Honestly, I feel bad having to post this review because I have been a customer of online banking for many years, about which I have no complaints at the moment. This is not the case with this office.
We opened an account with my partner, which we now want to close (more than a month ago). We contacted the Director at that time (just a year ago) and he replied that he had little availability. After two months have passed, and the account is still open, overdrafts begin to be generated. When I decide to go to the bank I find out that: 1. The Director is no longer in that office, 2. That I am not a client of that office, but that they have decided to make me an online client, so they cannot fix anything for me; and 3. That I have to wait for them to contact me, having 0 control of the situation.
SUMMARY. Bad attention, terrible communication and poor service (since we never received the card we had contracted for the account). Of course, maintenance fees, others for who knows what reason, and overdraft charges charged religiously.
