On the occasions that I had to take steps at this office on Avenida de la Constitución in Gijón, either in person or by phone, they were resolved promptly and efficiently. I highlight the friendly and professional attention of the director Carmen and Nuria and the person who sometimes answered me by phone. All very good professionals.

Before you entered a bank and there were 5 people to serve you, now 1 or 2 if you're lucky and it depends on who you come. They charge you commissions for everything and you do the procedures from home, or by phone. They give you a personal advisor so that you are happy, and since there is only one per area, as soon as you send them something with some difficulty, they already tell you to call central, because you will be overworked. This is the best bargain in the world, not sowing and reaping. Banks are becoming more and more like telephone companies but on top of that without selling anything, just saving, and putting obstacles in place to put money in, take out money. amounts etc....by the way, being a customer you take your insurance to improve it and it's not even close...if they don't earn enough you're not worth it to them, adjust anything...I give it 2 stars because those who work here are the least guilty I have had people at other BBVAs who have given me great advice and helped me, but it is the only way to protest for attention worthy of your salary and money.

The opening hours to the public are incorrect... they close at 2:00 p.m., not 2:15 p.m. I came down to the city center from the outskirts exclusively to go to this office, and after enduring horrible traffic when I arrived the office was closed. Trip in vain. Additionally, they have an ATM inside but in the afternoons it is closed, and you can only use the outside ATM.

The banks are increasingly impersonal, cold and abusive, but I have to admit that the workers at that specific BBVA office are excellent, especially Patricio, an excellent professional. I hope you value them. Greetings
