The attention to the public is regrettable. I don't usually go to the office but I had to go for an urgent procedure that had to be resolved today at the cashier. After taking my turn and seeing that I only had two people in front of me, I sit down to wait, watching how the people in front who arrived later pass by, logically taking their turn later. After 50 minutes on the clock I ask for explanations and the person at the checkout doesn't know how to tell me anything, just to keep waiting. I decide to leave and thank you that I am also a customer of a nearby bank where they assisted me without any problem and I was able to complete my procedure. During the waiting time I was able to see that almost all the work of the person who attends the checkout is to help older people to use the ATM who logically do not know how to use it. And the person serving at the table only limited himself to saying that he only serves by appointment and giving them the same. What a way to organize customer service, in the office while we waited the people present kept commenting the same thing. In short, one less unhappy customer.

The phone doesn't work, as does the office staff. With or without an appointment, they will assist you whenever they feel like it or in order of their preference (the friend, the neighbor...). Unpleasant. And let me tell you, they laugh at you. One day they give you an advance but the next maybe not, and they leave you hanging with their commissions, supposedly non-existent in most accounts and cards but they suddenly appear, and they are not going to give you explanations for absolutely anything. Not even the good mornings. I give it one star because I can't give it less. Today I am going to stop being your client.

Terrible attention. You have to make an appointment for everything and on top of that by calling. Being there at the door they do not want to assist you, much less help you solve problems that they would do in 2 minutes. The rest of us also work and that is a bank where we have OUR money and that would have to be available at all times, so many excuses with the Covid is ridiculous. When other workers are more exposed and have not stopped working because of it. You take advantage of it to work less, when your priority should be the client at all times!!! Apart from the lack of privacy protection, since you have to tell the person who comes to the door what you are doing, otherwise they won't let you in. A disgraceful bank and the treatment of the staff is derogatory.
