20 April 2022. 11.30 I come to the bank BBVA in Palmanova. Waited 1 hour to be attended by the kind and helpful receptionist to pay taxes for my company. In front of me there were 7 persons. Stress your attention - 1 hour waiting! 2 members of stuff sitting and not attending anyone. Probably having more important work to do. The receptionist did not know how to perform the operation I needed so she called for help one of the members. One of the payments was performed with mistake. Before that I was asked to fill in the tax form that usually bank workers do. Due to the fact that the receptionist was serving others in line I informed directly the man who initially helped that he made a mistake. Whereas, he said he could not attend me and I had to go through the entire queue once again saying “si te importa”. All in all, at 13.50 I left the office. Very nervous clients because of waiting, especially when at the end their issue cannot be resolved for unknown reasons. The receptionist was leaving her post crying because of stressed other clients while the director was receiving packages from ZARA. Are you serious, guys? Is it the european quality service???

Palma Nova used to be a great branch to use. I now feel sad that the unfriendliness of staff has made me feel this way. I much prefer to use the magaluf branch, always friendly staff and very willing to help with any queries. I've been a cliente with BBVA for twenty four years.

I went in to ask for information on several of their accounts and the young man at the service desk was very helpful. He gave me clear answers and even gave me some recommendations for my case in particular.

Not wanting to work! An employee with curly hair did not want to serve me when there were still 10 minutes left to close... A shame!
