I put one star because I can't put less. A cashier with very little desire to work, huffing when asked for something, answering reluctantly and very impertinent. My relative went to request some receipts, got them wrong and before I could say anything, rang the bell for the next customer. The treatment of this woman is shameful, in addition to not resolving anything we requested.

I have been assisted by Mrs. Gema Sánchez, who has given me cordial, respectful and extensive attention. He has guided me through the entire process of opening an account, listened to my needs and guided me at all times. The attention has been 5 stars. Thank you so much!

The worst BBVA in Spain, two cashiers for 4 of which there is only one to serve, they close the cashier at 11 and at 10:15 one goes to have breakfast.... TERRIBLE customer service... BAD BAD BBVA

Rafa has attended me, an incompetent being and he thinks he is superior. She did not want to enter a check because I am from an office in Leon and I have been in Cuenca for 19 years but she did not want to do it to me when the other girl always did it to me without any hitch.

I have made an appointment for 8:30 online, and they tell me that the agent is meeting where I have to go, and what they are at is on the road having breakfast, I had to leave after waiting for 45 minutes, it is always anyway and they serve you reluctantly, don't make an appointment otherwise they will be at their jobs.
