After visiting numerous banks and savings banks in search of mortgage information, we came to this one, two workers and no customers in the branch... The girl did not want to inform us of anything because my husband is an online customer, she told us that we should call a phone number... In the rest of the banks they informed us and they were correct and polite, quite the opposite of this bank. We have finally found a mortgage in Unicaja, so we will remove the account from here.

It's a feeling or maybe I'm wrong, but it is the worst office of all at a general level BBVA in their offices they don't want to attend to everything they refer you to the phone number 944... On top of that you call and they send you to the office again, this office is a lady stale sitting at the desk, she doesn't offer you a friendly smile or a good morning, she's rude, you give her your ID, she looks at the computer, she takes a piece of paper, she writes down the number, she calls this number, and never, not even the director is able to help you. Terrible service, not at all pleasant, I will file a complaint for lack of information to the customer and they no longer have tact to serve terrible

I have called to request an in-person appointment because I have doubts about life insurance on my mortgage, and they tell me that my online advisor will call me, whom I already contacted and he was not able to give me an explanation, the only thing he can tell me is that the calculation was the computer does. I do not think it is acceptable to deny an in-person appointment, since my mortgage was not granted over the phone, but in an office.

Every day I am more disappointed to have accounts with this company. Specifically, this branch 80% of the times you try to go to the ATM does not work. Yesterday I needed to make an urgent deposit and I told them that it was not working and that if they could open me to deposit the money that was urgent and the worker's reaction was to tell me to come back later... Sir, I AM TELLING YOU THAT IT IS URGENT!!! And he turned and left... I am outraged. The more urgently you need something, the worse it works. This is the problem of not working only with professionals... INCOMPETENTS!!
