I have had a problem with the refund of a return made by Amazon and that the lady at the bank refused to assist saying that they did not return Amazon's money... She did not have to return any money as she said, Amazon had already done that and they had sent me an email with the reference number indicating the day the refund had been made. What I think she didn't have was any professionalism or desire to work since she referred me to the bank where I have the account open, but not before warning me that they weren't going to be able to do much more than her... I don't think I will ever enter that branch again, the customer service is terrible.
