The costumer service got angry, used bad words and yelled at me when there was complication from them. And refused to be helpful.

I was a client of this bank in Argentina, then Peru and now I am in Spain, I have not visited other BBVA branches at the moment and I only had the experience with this one. The truth is unfortunate, far below the attention to which I always get used to is this brand, a bank where there are no shifts for attention, people order themselves just like 15 years ago. It needs cleaning and painting. A girl from the box in the 25 minutes that I was waiting to be served by the box (which only put 1 person) came out 2 times to smoke. Well, the truth is I hope they improve and I really hope that other offices are totally different, otherwise I would not work with this bank in Spain at least. Today, November 2, 2022, I visited the offices again and had another terrible experience. Just for questions I was waiting to be attended to at the window but none of the 3 people (who were not attending to anyone) received me or asked me what I needed, tired of waiting I approached one of them with the intention of asking what She tells me that if she didn't have an appointment she couldn't help me, insisting that no one was there and that it was going to be brief, she continued to deny me attention and stressed that since I hadn't opened my account in that office I couldn't even go to the area of the modules, I could only wait and receive cashier attention, which seemed absolutely crazy to me. I think this branch should mainly receive an audit and retrain their staff, I am totally dissatisfied.
