The treatment of the bank director is disastrous, he simply did not want to do his job, and he acted as if he typed my document and in the end said that he could not do anything, when they sent me to the office from the telephone branch. Appalling.
The treatment is shameful and especially for an elderly person who does not know how to operate the ATM. The director leaves a lot to be desired, some should not work and leave the position to whoever executes it properly. Shame
The opening hours are from 8:30, I had agreed that I would go the next day to sign a document at 8:30 since at 8:35 I would have to leave to get to work, it turns out that I was there until 8: 45 and the office remained closed. A total lack of respect!
They still do not answer the phone, I see that they are not interested in negative opinions to improve and they only respond to an average opinion that they have and that does not even explain why, then they will make demonstrations to avoid layoffs, if you continue with that customer service you will all be left over, fewer strikes and more to do your job well
