I would leave 0 stars, but Google doesn’t let me. The Service at this place is horrible. They don’t want to work, they treat you like no one and everything takes ages.
I can’t recommend going there or having a bank account at BBVA. I will close mine.
Terrible customer service.
I advise that the clerks be trained with courses in education and kindness, because they lack them.
I hope you had a bad day, although I don't think it's from the other reviews, but when you work with the public the least correct thing is to take out your frustrations with clients who come with politeness and a smile, and what you find is a staff with very little assertiveness and bad manners.
I have just been served by a WORKER at checkout and the forms leave a lot to be desired. It was a management that could only be done from the cash desk according to customer service by phone. After embarrassing me by highlighting the overdrafts I've had BY MISTAKE in one of my three accounts with them, they refer me back to the customer service phone number. VERY BAD MANNERS, utter incompetence and from what I see in the other reviews, it's not like they were having a "bad day". It has all been very unpleasant and uncomfortable. As soon as I solve the problem that they have not wanted to solve for me, I will change banks, no matter how complicated it is now to direct payroll and receipts again. We are CUSTOMERS, you provide a SERVICE and the worst thing is that you are also EMPLOYEES who expect to be treated well in any other service. A shame.
The girl at the window is quite rude and unprofessional, I strangely receive a card from this entity, a card that I have never contracted and a bank that I do not work with since I don't even have an account with them, I approach the window and The lady in a very bad manner tells me that there are people there before me, I don't know who the truth is, a lady who assumes that I was outside at the ATM... maybe it was her friend or acquaintance or maybe a client, take care of her honey because with that character and Lack of professionalism, I don't think you'll attract much clientele, tyrants, otherwise I ask for a card, don't send it to me.
SHAMEFUL!!! They did not want to make a transfer to an 84-year-old person. They have sent it to the mobile app. App that my mother-in-law does not have or know how to use. Making a person feel dependent is priceless, gentlemen of the bank.
