Today I entered a €50 bill, the machine did not detect it and I thought I had entered €0, this had never happened to me and I canceled the operation to see if it would release the money, I just returned the card. I went to the checkout staff to complain and he ignored me at all times, first he told me "it must be that you didn't enter anything" as if I was making it up, I insisted that he enter a €50 bill and he replied "I'm sure it was fake ". In addition to treating me as stupid, they wanted me to give them my money without even taking my information to provide me with a solution. After trying to solve my problem for 15 minutes, he asked me for my ID to tell me "it doesn't appear that you entered €50" and repeat that it was probably false... He proceeded to ask for my phone number to tell me that he would call me tomorrow, that they would open the box tomorrow. I told him they could review the recordings and that way they can see that if I entered my €50 and he told me "of course you know what you have done" and I replied: "of course I know, that's why I want you to review them." In my opinion, another understandable lack of respect from a public-facing worker/salesperson who is supposed to be there to help the customer. It has already had a box under maintenance for approximately 2 weeks, so I think it is a technical error.

At least for now, they make it easier for you to avoid charging commissions better than some of their neighbors, for now and in my case. For the rest, they all go hand in hand.

I have been a customer of this bank for more than 30 years and I have never had any problems. My mother requested an account change from another bank on February 5 and they still haven't done it, with which she hasn't received her widow's pension for 2 months, we requested it again in April and nothing remains the same. How do you think it will live, from the air. Very unhappy with them, they tell me to ask social security but they don't pick up the phone, we don't know what to do anymore.

Manuel is the best. What is missing is that you never call by phone and they don't pick up but they don't charge the call from the first ring to stay for approximately 40 seconds and then they don't pick up..
