Complete waste of my time trying to use this bank! Banker Cristina said I would not be able to open an account with my documentation as a foreigner, then (contradicting herself) added that she would open an account for me if we purchased an overpriced and unnecessary product that generated a commission. (We had no problem opening a Spanish bank account elsewhere with the same documentation.) I've had bank accounts all over the world, but never had a bank treat me so poorly - as a prospective client who would have deposited a very large sum. In sum, that branch of BBVA and banker Cristina are so sleazy you should take a shower after you walk out the door!

Worst experience ever. So there is only one person on the cashier, who also is helping the people with cash machine and apparently ones on the phone with delivery man to help him out. On top the number machine isn’t working! It’s a joke

Formerly it was Caixa Catalunya. Very disappointing service. In my opinion worst bank ever.
