As a user, the worst office in terms of treatment of all the banking entities and offices with which I have worked. Do not expect an answer to your queries (neither by the office manager nor the team), commissions, rulings and if you ask for anything they tell you to go to another entity, basically they don't care. I find it incredible that BBVA would allow itself to have an office like this. If on-site offices do not strive to generate good customer service, in a digital world, what value do they add?

Very badly. There is only one person working. I had to wait half an hour just to pick up some rolls for the dataphone. And that having called before so that they had it prepared for me. The employee is friendly but I think they have taken advantage of this Covid to reduce staff when the banks have not lost anything at this time

I'll try to be even-handed. The BBVA application is one of the best on the market, good for doing many things. Regarding the entire issue of office service, it leaves a lot to be desired. You have to make an appointment, there is hardly any staff, the hours are restricted (the rest of us also work) and much more. That makes you see a good entity in technological elements that many mortals do not reach and therefore the entity becomes more of a problem than a solution. In my opinion, the staff there does what they can and I firmly believe that they do it well, but the entity would have to realize that there are people behind the quarterly balance sheets.

Fatal!!!! After having paid the mortgage on my house and its survey, twelve years later I find out that such survey was never carried out despite having been paid and recorded in deeds signed by the notary... Two months I have been waiting for a response from you. part... Very embarrassing...

The worst bank I've ever met, they don't help me with ANYTHING, I've been paying them for 15 years and not a single bit of help, for changing my phone number I'll have to lose work 1,200 km. Something that in 1 minute is made incompetent
