If I could rate 0 I would! I have been trying to close my account from abroad for TWO YEARS and they did not give me any type of help. I cannot access it from the app or from the web portal because there is no way to enter an Italian, Argentine or other person's mobile number with delegate power, since I have more than my Spanish number. In addition to all this, they continue to charge me maintenance costs, which today are around 900 euros! I am going to give them the worst advertising on all social networks until they help me resolve the matter, I feel cheated after having been a great customer for 5 years! thieves!

BAD EXPERIENCE. It seems that they have very little desire to work in this office, apart from the lack of education that an employee has, whose position I do not know, called ELENA, who I deduce must be the Regional Director because she seems too arrogant to serve a lady. 72 years old, who is not from his office, and tells him to go to his office which is 40 km away to give him the card pin. Is this the type of treatment that the BBVA of this office offers to clients? Is this how they intend to “give them a rating of 10”? Of course, the treatment that this employee named Elena offers to clients leaves a lot to be desired and is far from what BBVA offers TO ITS CUSTOMERS. I don't think I have the qualifications or education necessary to work in a financial institution. You will now receive your corresponding claim and, if necessary, even escalate it to the Bank of Spain for this shameful treatment of older people.
