The girl who is serving the public is a shame, they didn't care about anything, at no point did she provide help and it's not just any BBVA, we're in Ibiza, they should offer something better!!!!

There is not a single time that they come and provide good service. I literally hate them and I'm a loving person.
04.28 at 11.30 am. 9 people waiting for 2 managers who serve 1 person helping each other for 40 minutes. 7 free manager seats. No place for customers. A shame of service.
