€50 missing at the ATM, with a piece of paper saying that they are keeping that bill, just like that, nobody knows anything, no online banking, no website, no office..... to go to the Bank of Spain to complain
I have had a business relationship with BBVA for 19 years, always in the Pont DINCA branch, different directors, different managers. During this time I have been lucky to have a manager like Pilar, a close person who always guides me and helps me as much as possible due to the workload she has. At a time with so many possibilities of E-BANKS where I consider changing, my decision has been made... while this Pillar of this branch does not move.
P.S. 5 stars for her, the BBVA however bad management, you force us to do 10 types of new procedures at the ATM which I only use to withdraw money because I use the app and you continue to have only 1 ATM that fails more than a shotgun at a fair For such a large population center...Consider putting 2 or even 3 ATMs in this branch. I don't have to wait for a man to pay 10 bills and make 50 deposits to get 20 euros for coffee.
