I obtained a password to be a BBVA customer, in this case to confirm the documentation I did online. After waiting 1 hour and not being called, I asked for the password. They told me it didn't work and I had to get a new password. 1 hour later I was back at the end of the line. That lack of respect. They could have at least offered to be served immediately after waiting in vain.
