Regrettable, as always, nothing new. They treat customers like cattle. The rude and slum staff, very unpleasant; They immediately talk to each other and take trust that is not appropriate. Stripping crime. Very badly. Den of thieves. Days after the last review I have made some arrangements and it seems that customer service has improved, let's see if it lasts. I'll give it a few more stars.

Today I went to make a payment to a BBVA bank account and they told me that it is not possible, that non-customers are only served on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 to 10:30. This fact for me is unusual, since at the same time that you do not allow an income, you do not allow yourself to attract a possible client. By showing my incomprehension, the guy at the counter followed the company rules, but the girl used an arrogant and completely unfortunate tone. Curiously, not only with me for not being a client, but also in the attention that I had given before, it has not been correct either, with the consequence that they have requested a complaint form. With attitudes like this and "professionals" of this caliber, I am clear that neither now nor in the future, I cannot conceive of considering being a client of this bank.
