I think the service at this bank is terrible. The girl who attends the cashier's office lasted more than 1 hour outside, there was a line of people waiting for attention. I don't understand when they have a 5-hour shift. She took 1 hour for lunch. It doesn't make sense and they put people on duty. customers wait and when asked they answer incorrectly it seems terrible to me for a bank they have known they have to manage their customer service
I am surprised by some complaints about this office. I have been with her for years and they always solved my issues and procedures promptly.
Each employee may work differently, but Silvia Navarro takes care of me and I am satisfied. Thank you.
The manager Silvia Navarro knows how to do her job very well, she is correct, kind, listens and knows all the banking tools necessary to guide the client, an exemplary worker.

They are poorly educated and never pick up the phone, they do nothing well and they have no education at all, they are lazy and bitter.
