I don’t understand how a bank even operates the way this one does… there were literally 20 people in line and both the bankers were just on their computer.. also only 1 cashier ? Are you kidding me?! I prefer tm everything online but my o line account wasn’t working and when I called customer service, they were no help. Unfortunately because of this, I had to go in person. Prepare to wait 1-2 hours if you want to get anything done here. All BBVA’s close at 14:00 which doesn’t make sense since their app is so bad and nothing works. I would avoid this bank.

I had a great experience, the waiting time was short, and the cash clerk was very professional and expedient despite my poor Spanish.
