Lady at reception was absolutely useless. No help at all and intact arrogant and rude, refusing to communicate in English. When informed it was an international transfer of over 50k, she refused to help. Awful customer service and a complete waste of time.

It took me more than 60 minutes to get rich the person who could gave me the info about my possibility to open an account. My journey with this bank is just started, will see how it will be, how smooth the ride will be.

Disorganized & Impolite. I signed up for an online bank account and I was asked to go to a bank branch to identify myself with personal ID. I took half day off from work, I go to the branch and I was told to get an appointment.. which means a few hours off from work again. I am not gonna mention how bad was the experience with the lady at front desk. Suggestions: be human & humble and specify on the email that an appointment to identify yourself is needed.

Very positive experience with the office in general and my manager Cesar! He is highly professional and very kind!
