I opened an account at this branch, came to pick up my card three times, and was told they lost it as a result. Other branches of this bank required me to buy insurance and gave me other conditions for opening an account. I came back to this branch again. The man who sits at the entrance and helps (should help) clients (future clients) decided that he has the right to decide who will be a client and who will not. He refused to help me make an apointment, began to communicate only in Spanish (previously he communicated in English; I have not been in Spain long and do not speak Spanish), took my phone number and e-mail and said that I would be called about the apointment, the bank did not let me do it. Said that the bank decides for itself who will be a client, who will not. What's he got to do with it? Why does he allow himself this behavior? He will lie and tell his story, but this is the first time in my life that I have encountered such behavior, when the clerk at the entrance is boorish and considers himself a branch manager, for some reason denying service for the bank.

I’m wondering if in this branch they have a MANAGER, it’s impossible in all times we passed to this branch most of the employees starting with the receptionist guy 👎🏻 they are 1- IMPOLITENESS 2. RUDE 3- RUDENESS 4- DISRESPECTFUL 4- ARROGANCE 5- WORST SERVICE EVER 6- INSOLENT i can write thousands of negative words to describe them, I guess they should work in a farms “ TO KNOW THE VALUE OF THEIR WORK” i hope everyone see me comment, they give a very bad influence for Spanish people

AVOID at all costs. I don't do many google reviews but I couldn't let this go. I'd give them negative stars if it were possible. TERRIBLE customer service, EXTREMELY rude. We waited for over an hour to basically get no help and be talked to like a piece of garbage on the street. I was really surprised that at one of their flagship branches they treat their own clients like that. All I can say is stay away....

I lost my access to the app and after hours and hours of calls with the useless technical support (cost me hundreds of euros of international calls fees) they told me I have to take a plane to Barcelona to solve the problem and access my money. Such a disappointment for an international bank. Give me back my money thanks.

The expirience in the bank is terrible. The office workers where rude and shouting at each other not knowing how to proceed with a simple operation of closing the account.
