Very bad service, they gave me an executive to request a debit card and they told me to just buy life, car or home insurance and if not, they will activate it online with their colleagues at the entrance. I tried to explain to him that I didn't want insurance and he interrupted me rudely... it's a shame with that treatment and no desire to return, the good thing is that there are better branches.

Good service from the staff, personally they have always treated me with kindness and the wait is short.

Excellent service from the very attentive and friendly cashiers.
