Never in my life have I come across someone like the older man who is at the checkout counter. I have never seen people YELL at clients who simply want to do something at work, much less HUMILIZE them like this person did with the older lady who was in front of me. I understand that due to this man's age, he will be about to retire and they will not be able to fire him, but I wish he would stay on the street and with one hand in front and one behind. What a shame that people like this exist and even more so that they have to make the lives of others miserable. And of course, neither I nor any of the 4 people who were there to make arrangements, have been able to do them

My manager schedules an appointment for me at the BBVA on Avenida de la Estación 8 since I don't have a computer. On October 13, 2023, a woman named Maria Teresa Gómez took 5 minutes and told me that I have to do it by computer. I inform him that they have specifically summoned me there to do it since I do not have a computer and without bothering one bit with my problem, he sends me away without solving anything. If this is how you treat clients, I'm certainly rethinking changing banks as soon as I can and not recommending them to anyone... If I make an appointment it is so that they can help me and not waste my time at all.
