A real shame, they assured me that if I opened a fixed-term account I would not lose anything, if I earned something well but never lose, when I realized they had taken more than 800 euros from me, I took my money away and they kept it With what was lost, not enough with that, I am retired and with my payments now they take 15 euros for interest, and they make me a new card forcing me to pay with it several times a month, the girl at the table giving very bad answers and very bad customer treatment, in so many years I have never seen anything like it, terrible, I recommend any other bank. a shame
Terrible service, terrible customer service. They close earlier than their normal hours. The girls who serve are always grumpy, it seems that they don't feel like serving despite working a few hours. The director is always talking on the phone with friends that if hee hee ha ha, that is to say, she works little and does not solve any problem, she doesn't care about everything. They have been like this for years and have not changed their attitude. The only nice and friendly person there was the cashier, and I don't see him anymore. The good ones always leave. And the witches stay. I'm looking at another bank. Never again BBVA
I went to the office to request an appointment and they told me that I can only request it from a phone number (which they don't answer) or from the app. From this they inform me that only the telephone appointments are available, NOT the face-to-face ones that I need.
Virtually I cannot carry out the procedures that I need since it gives me an error and asks me to go to an office, where they cannot or do not want to attend me.
Shame, customer service leaves much to be desired
I've been calling for days and they don't pick up the phone.
I go to the branch, where they have a machine to get a number.
They don't respect turns.
I finally left without being served.
I don't know how to open an account at BBVA, I'll have to take my money to Santander.
I do not recommend this branch and probably this bank as a whole. To open an account, I was asked to call by phone and make an appointment, although there was no one else in the branch except me. After I called and made an appointment, they told me that they would call me back and tell me the time when I could come. So no one called. I took my money to another bank.
