Terrible customer service who don't know the basics of their job, I was redirected to this branch, ok, I was requested more documents, ok, I was asked to stand in waiting line for 40 minutes, then when I reached the sad employee she refused to provide service saying I should go to Teller chashier!!, then said I should book appointment then after compaining said ok show me your documents, all documents are complete ok, I will contact you by email. and in 5 minutes she sent me email that we cannot open your account!.. what a disgrace to banking
I tried to put money on my account but the operator refused to do so saying that I need an authorization from my original BBVA office. However, neither my original office nor phone operator could understand what this authorization may be. In other words, he told me off and asked me to find a nonexisting document. What a service!
Hello, Friday afternoon 08/07/22 I used the atm to withdraw 100 euro but, after seeing the 2.70 euro surcharge, i refused the operation and i got my card back without any money. But the next day I saw from my bank statement that i was charged 102.70 euro. Since we are leaving Alicante this afternoon, is there any way to be refunded? Thank you
Great service, professional and attentive. Made the process really easy and straightforward. They were willing to speak English with me and tolerate my limited Spanish.
Absolutely awful bank with ridiculous wait times, I have never received service without an hour plus wait. Rude staff who will make all English speaking clients wait until after the Spanish clients have been served. 4 people walked in after me and were still served prior to me
