Many weekends the ATM is inactive, and in the mornings they never open on time, it is 8:40 a.m. and people are waiting outside.

Neither fu nor fa... The person who posted the outside photo is a person with a VERY sense of humor, he doesn't look like reality at all. This old office needed to have been renovated a decade ago. The staff that attends you? Well, it depends on the day, there aren't many more banks to choose from in Salinas either.
