The treatment is outrageous. My father, who is 75 years old and visibly ill, went to make a deposit at the ATM. Since it was in maintenance, he was unable to do so. He went in and they refused to make a deposit because it was after hours. He should come back in the afternoon or tomorrow. . If your only means of making income is not operational, your obligation is to serve customers. How long does it literally take to make an income? 2 minutes? Lazy worker, not very empathetic and zero human. The world goes the way it does thanks to people like that.
