Terrible customer service. The lady at the checkout answers you with “it's a complicated issue and she refers you to the free phone number…” A shame.

Terrible customer service, and calling by phone is an impossible mission why they never pick up, I don't give them a worse rating because it can't be done

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They don't solve anything for you and they throw balls out of bounds. We went for simple paperwork and they sent me to my old manager, when I already asked for the change 6 months ago.

The education and service is quite good and consistent, if you have a problem they will solve it for you yes or yes, the only problem is the reduced capacity due to the pandemic and the lack of personnel what does it do if you need to do something it has to be first thing in the morning or last so as not to catch so many people waiting at the door.

The staff is friendly, the only drawback is that if you are not a bank customer you have to wait much longer to be served.
