Since I began being a client of this office, the treatment by the workers there has been impeccable. I am very satisfied for this reason. The application has also always been very useful, although on occasions it has caused me some problems that they have not been able to resolve, although they have been able to resolve them from the office. The five stars go to these people who from their workplace serve us and make life easier in something like the relationship with a bank and which is not usually liked by the public, in general. Eliminating many of these jobs goes against this relationship and makes it colder, apathetic and with little or no trust.
Client from 2008 until today, after several operations that they have not been able to solve, one gets tired of being redirected to the nearest BBVA and being told that they could have done it at the one on Avda la Paz...
Customers should be cared for more and a smile from time to time pleases them.

Today I was assisted by the director of this office, due to a problem with my card, and he was totally efficient and friendly.

This entity along with others are taking advantage, based on abusive commissions, to throw out unemployed "unprofitable clients", pensioners... you have to have little ethics. Together with a minimum service at the window with a restricted schedule. Usury
