Extremely deception by the personal attendance, the old women is makes me feel offended for the racism she showed towards me face. I will not recommend to start contract in this office due to unprofessionally personal experience.

On Monday night I send a query to my manager through the BBVA application about an urgent issue. The application informs me that my usual manager is not available and that someone else will assist me within the usual 5-hour period (on Tuesday I discover that this replacement manager is none other than the office manager). On Tuesday morning, not receiving news, I am forced to go personally to the office, leaving other pending personal matters unaddressed, where a girl very kindly assists me from the counter and resolves the doubt I had. As of Wednesday morning, I still haven't received a single sad message or phone call expressing apologies for the poor customer service. The truth is that this says little or nothing about the competence of the director of said office. Now, when the people at BBVA are interested in offering you car insurance, home insurance or any investment product, they don't have time to call you. And finally, and for the greater glory of these banking entities, taking into account that they do not serve in the afternoon, they reduce their opening hours until 12:30 noon because this week are the Mercé festivities. After this, one already doubts whether this is a bank or a school where the employees leave early to go to the Mercé festivities. Very bad, guys from BBVA. We already see that customer orientation is not its strong point.

It is supposed to open until 2:15 p.m. and once there they tell you with total nonchalance that “the till closes at 11 today.” I ask why and they don't give me an explanation... typical of BBVA, they never give an explanation for anything. When I have a little time I will edit the review so that it is as enjoyable as the ones I usually do...

Very bad customer service. They always open later than the correct time.

Mostly unfriendly and unhelpful employees. There is a queue of people and they do not deign to get more people down and attend to the queue. How sad that the name of the bank looks bad because of some. Employees.
