Branch number 3391 of BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA located at CTRA DE JAEN, 34, GRANADA, is the bank branch with the worst customer service, efficiency and productivity of all those visited inside and outside my city in my lifetime and not only of BBVA, but of ALL BANKS in general. Especially since about a month ago or something more they have changed the worker who attends the window, because it is even more disastrous than the previous woman. The average time spent to carry out a simple procedure with this gentleman, such as cashing a check or a refund, is around 50-75 minutes, entering the office with only three or four people in line ahead of you and at any time. in the morning... ONE HOUR to get cash at the window and with the office practically empty of clients!! It is not normal. There are two other people working in this place, the director, of whom I cannot comment because I have never been attended to by her and she has never left her office in my presence either, and another girl "serving" at the table who is like the Guadiana River, appears and disappears when you least expect it and ALWAYS WALKS WITH CHEWING GUM IN HER MOUTH, that is, you are in front of her and she talks to you while chewing gum incessantly!! This, gentlemen, in my opinion, leaves a lot to be desired because it is a lack of respect and responsibility towards the client. That said, when I opened the online account I was automatically assigned office no. 2903 Avda. Constitución and I MADE THE GREAT MISTAKE of changing it to this one because it was next to my house.
