We went to get them to help us sign some documents, but since our manager is from another office, you only need minimal help. The director came out saying that if we had questions we should talk to our office (in another province), very borderline. We have been BBVA clients for years due to the exceptional treatment, very disappointed with this branch and its director. It seems perfect to me that they go with incentives but being a bank customer should be reflected in each branch. The ATM breaks a lot.
I come to this branch to make a deposit of €50 to a family member and a mortgage payment to a non-current account, the director tells me that in the office you cannot make any type of deposit after 11:30 a.m., so the payment I can't do it about the mortgage if I don't go to Palma or wait for the next day.
I go to the ATM to make the small deposit, and my surprise is that they want to charge me €1 for making the deposit if I do not identify myself as the account holder. It is no longer paying €1, it is the helplessness of seeing how you steal from the p. Face of the people, it is the little shame that BBVA and certain other banks have for not offering a clean and free service. How much do you collect by charging a miserable euro for each similar income that is made daily at your ATMs? You know what a white glove thief is right? . I hope whoever has to read it reads it. This is my opinion and that of many other people.
A disgraceful office, €150 in commissions in 2 months for having an account and a debit card, and it is impossible to contact by phone to make a claim. Any 100% online banking is infinitely better than BBVA.
The attention is regrettable. Pitiful. A real disaster. Shame on service. To collect money, they are fast, but to perform the services that one needs, they are painful. I hope they take action on the directive. I've been calling for two days and no one picks up my phone, they've even hung up on me twice.
I do the checkout line. When it's my turn, the lady cashier is serving me and the manager sneaks another customer into the middle of my operation without even asking for my permission
