The treatment received by the person in the office leaves much to be desired. This morning I showed up without an appointment, after not having been able to contact them by phone, to make a simple transaction and the treatment I received from them has been disastrous. I don't understand how you can be so rude and treat customers so poorly.
Cashier with little interest in solving anything and little desire to work. A shame because I have been delighted with the bank itself for years, as well as with the attention of my manager and the online banking. What a pity that there are things that unfortunately I cannot do online and I have to meet people like that.
This weekend 13/1121 I had a problem with the ATM and today Monday I am traveling since I am a carrier I am calling more than 30 times and they do not pick up I find it SHAMEFUL that helplessness to call and not being picked up

A little man in a suit wanted to charge us for some account statements of which we are clients, in exchange for three euros until the system would not allow him to collect it, to his surprise.
USURERS.
Incredible, you are going to open an account or at least with that intention and they send you home because you have to do it with the app. On top of that, they give you information about the account that is contradictory to the one on the website... zero customer service.
