Bad customer service, I have not received good treatment. Bureaucratic, annoying, they don't respond to queries or issues, they don't answer the phone or emails, abusive commissions, queues for people to answer, very bad in general. The truth is that I want to move the capital and close the account so I don't have to continue dealing with them.
Although they were payments that I couldn't make there inside the office, one of the advisers who assisted me helped me make them at the ATM, fast and with good service. Thank you

The telephones that they put are false or they have them turned off because there is always a beep.
