This bank is a nightmare . They only have one teller working and you have to wait 50 mins for your turn . The blonde hair woman who helped me at the end spoke English but was so rude . Then at 1140 am they closed the gates to stop letting people in .

Telephones provided are not working. Difficult to speak with any of the staff. Atm outside is not functioning.

Terrible office closed from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. because the cashier is going to have breakfast!!!! And the rest of the staff doesn't let anyone pass???? Incredible

This bank is shameful and not because of its employees who are very friendly and attentive. But on top of that the nefarious BBVA has removed cash registers in practically all of its branches, in this one the cash register has been damaged for more than a week, without the technician coming. Pathetic.
