How can it be that I call this office and the person who answers tells me that I can't make an appointment just to find out about a benefit that I plan to do, when I've always been a bank customer. He tells me that the office in Palma corresponds to me, so far I agree, I can request the change without problem to the one in Puerto Pollensa but what does not seem logical to me is not being able to simply inform me. I told myself a lot about the online manager, when she herself was the one who recommended that I go to my nearest office. A SHAME.
