It's good that they give priority to their clients with accounts, but if you've been waiting for 1 hour and it's finally your turn, but 3 people with an account at said bank arrive, they go before. Summary, a wait of 1-2 hours for a 5-minute procedure that concerns your bank, even without having an account. A little respect for other people's time please 😉

I am a BBVA customer, its opening hours are until 2:15 p.m. I needed €10 bills, because the ATM only offers €20 and €50. I have kindly insisted out of necessity, and have been treated with quite a bit of contempt and sarcastic smirks. It has given them the same. Zero empathy. They haven't even bothered with a good explanation. One more of many. Then they complain about having a bad reputation.

I'm not changing banks. It offers a very good service, my manager is charming and always offers me tailored solutions. The App is perfect
