None of the 4 ATMs work. Useless bank.

Racism against white people, from 1 old worker. We are the clients of this bank and they didn’t want to talk to us because we don’t speak Spanish. BBVA is international bank and if your workers can’t use English then they shouldn’t probably work in the bank. Guys who are selling bags on the streets have a better English level and client focus skills. Lol

Waste of time.

Well, very good service from Toni, very kind and answered all my questions. From Monday to Friday you can go and wait in line, they will answer any questions you have, if you want attention it will be better to go in person because by call they take a long time to call you back but they do answer the phone. Be careful, on Saturdays they do not serve at the window.
