Realy bad service with no attention to a potential client just because we were not spanish. There was a need to make an apointment to open a bank account but they could not even tell us when was the apointment to open the bank account.
After many years working with BBVA I can say that it works well, the personal attention in the branch, the emails, the simple, intuitive and secure app.
I come to BBVA C/Matia Donostia San Sebastián, María Reina assists me at reception, a super attentive girl, very good service, very happy, I told her that I was going to give her a review for the good service provided, thank you.
Pleasant and constructive treatment, since they explained to me how to do the same operation at their ATM and thus saved me the wait. Customer service far exceeds that of other banks such as CaixaBank or Kutxa. I am very satisfied with having switched to BBVA
Today my husband and I entered BBVA C/María #35. We have addressed the first seated “customer service” employee. He has not offered a “hello,” “one moment please,” nor has he looked up from his computer to address us. He told us to go to the machine outside, without raising his head or looking at each other in the brief conversation we had until I called his attention for not having basic education or customer service skills. The girl in the back came out and when she noticed that I had caught the attention of the other employee, she chose to defend the rude man. Anyway! How can you give 0 stars???? ATMs are much less offensive and more efficient. I don't recommend this type of “employee” even to sell popcorn in a horror movie theater. What a shame!
