I have a bank account in another location but i had an urgency and needed a help from the operators at the desk, for acting manually and giving me a help.
only thing she was able to do is "you can do it through the app".

Things as they are: after visiting several branches to carry out a procedure related to obtaining a certificate to initiate the cancellation of a mortgage, this is the only one that has attended me with diligence, kindness, empathy and closeness. And all this without being a customer. Both Silvia and the person who received me at the reception and who gave me an appointment have been true professionals, the kind of people one would expect to find when visiting a bank.
I was scammed by their customer, and they can't reply on their email at all. I have reached out via call, and again, no one's answering.
Good morning, I was the victim of a scam by one of the beneficiaries of your banks with the name of Linda Patrícia Gómez Sesme. I have a police report to show you. The transaction occurred less than 48 hours ago and I look forward to asking if there is anything we can do about it. Thank you.
My experience with this bank and with this branch have been completely satisfactory. I don't know if other people have had bad experiences with personal treatment but so far I haven't. I chose this bank because it is one of the most solid and responsible banks in Spain. They are also up to date on technology and security to manage your money.
