The thing about banks in general is embarrassing but in this branch I know it takes the cake, there are two workers who spend more time reminding you that they are alone and can't do more, yes, when an acquaintance arrives and the three of them talk about vacation to hit the peak while people wait.
Of course, when one of them attends you, they make you feel like you are an idiot.

It is not feasible to have exclusively one person in the box. There is a long queue and you can wait 1 hour and have to leave without being attended to. It is not the fault of the worker, but it is the fault of BBVA's company policy.
