I take a number to be attended to at the cashier. 2 people pass by without taking a number, they were "acquaintances" of the lady who was working at the cashier window, I tell her that they should take a number and wait their turn, the cashier tells me that she serves them quickly and that if I am in a hurry I go to the street there is an ATM. After reading some more reviews I see that it is not a specific event, the treatment in this office is terrible and they are not interested in improving it.

Office with terrible management of its employees. Attending to all those who entered without a turn while those of us who had a turn waited. They don't know how to put people in their place. Not to mention that ATMs run out of cash more than one weekend. I recommend to all residents of the area not to open an account at BBVA if they are going to use this office. Indoor ATMs are closed, those outside are not contactless, why do I process the contactless ATM option? Right now, there is a 15-minute queue to withdraw money because out of 4 ATMs only 1 works.

The telephone and email customer service is terrible, they never answer the phone even if it is an emergency. My father died and we have had documentation delivered and verified for more than two weeks to unblock my father's account, they do not inform us how we have to fill out the documents they ask of us (very confusing) and no one answers the calls or the email , disgraceful service.

Terrible attention, with the passage of time it gets worse, the cleaning issue I think there is no office as neglected as this one

As always when I go to this office I have to wait in an endless line, with only one cashier who is very slow and with the rest of the staff pretending that they are working. I wonder...couldn't you have someone else attend to those of us who are waiting?? I try to never go but sometimes it's inevitable And it is not always possible to make an appointment online.
