Apart from the cashier, everyone else is unpresentable. Cocky, arrogant. They laugh in your face as if you were stupid when you have spent half your life in the bank. Not recommended even to the worst enemy.

It is a real shame that I have been calling this office all week to solve a problem and I don't know how to answer the phone, I think that with the commissions they charge us they would have enough to put staff to answer the phone.

They don't pick up the phone...a shame

I am not a customer nor will I be, I went to do some business and the person who attends is a bit lazy, first he shoots and then he asks, very rude and on top of that he fails and I couldn't forgive him, bad bank.
