Very dangerous bank: had several accounts (personal and company's), they randomly block our accounts from time to time. Later you cannot communicate with anyone to unblock your money, they do not answer the phone calls or emails. Several months passed and I still struggle with them to unblock my accounts, even since hired lawyers to prepare all the documents. Just no reaction. Do not recommend to use their services if you don't want your money to be blocked.

Money grabbers. 6€ ATM fee and they offer to debit in £ at a 5% loaded rate on top!

The website does not indicate that they do not serve without an appointment, making the client travel for nothing. It costs you so much to update your page and not have customers deceived.

What happens in Alicante? On Sundays you cannot deposit money in any office. I go to the BBVA on La Rambla to the ATM to deposit money and as usual the message at this moment is out of service. I go to the closest one, Alfonso. the wise one, and of course, the same thing out of service, tomorrow I will unsubscribe from the BBVA and I will stay in the other bank I am in, although they are all the same.

They don't serve you, on the web, or on TF. And there you spend a lot of time being attended to. The cashier has a very bad mood. I am canceling my account.
