The managersess is one of the ruddest people I have ever met in Mallorca. Simple questions are met with huffing and puffing and eyes rolling. Someone needs to question why this woman is employed by BBVA as she is horrible.

The manager is super friendly and has very good service but the girl who replaces him now takes too long. I have had to wait in line for 1 hour two days in a row. They should put someone more efficient or at least two people.
