I was there today and was served by a very kind man but the problem is that the cashier staff, the chikas, until they have the latest gossip, do not serve the customers, you have to wait for them to speak. They hug each other and see if they serve you apart from that they are slow they don't have that motivation to work there is no agility I imagine that if they were customers they would be screaming and saying how many words because of the delay

My mother has an online account with BBVA and I have general powers of attorney and a validated account. Last year for depositing a check they charged us a considerable commission, without prior notice. The next day I mentioned it to the cashier and they told me that she did not know if there was a commission charge or not, which depended on the customer's account ( some are charged and others are not). They gave me an email address in case I wanted to make a claim, but every time I sent a letter it was rejected, because they told me that the account was not validated. I went to another BBVA office and the account was validated. I also spoke with BBVA many times by phone and although sometimes they told me different things, it seems that the account was validated and they did not respond to my letters through my account on the web either. until one day I gave up due to lack of time and energy. After quite some time, I have tried to return to the topic and talk to them again, through the telephone number of my account on the website and they no longer answer me by phone, I have also left messages on the website and they always say the same thing, we We will contact you. MY PATIENCE IS OVER

It is a good place to waste the day in queues and poor service. Fortunately, I am here to close the account. And the 4 hours of queue I will not do it again.

BBVA classic office. They attended to us correctly and we were able to solve the management that we were going to do. But it's a shame that banks are no longer banks for their customers, but rather places where they sell things. I understand about prior appointments, covid and everything, but a little more customer service, more human, would be appreciated, especially for older people who are not connected to technology

In general BBVA (and exCaixa Catalunya), a management penalty. Collection of illegal commissions for 8 years with a claim to the Bank of Spain and due to failure to try it with them, after giving me the reason, attempt of the same illegal collection of commission that I claimed every 6 months for "computer problem", even returning a receipt mortgage for this reason. This for about 12 years, let's not think it was a short period. Disastrous technological communication and not to mention the non-respect of the LOPD that I have had to claim several times for not sending advertising. This is the third office they have assigned me since they are closing (no wonder) and they are getting further and further away from my home when I have one 5 minutes away. They promote not going to the offices, using the web/app, but for a simple procedure I cannot do it by any means other than face-to-face "welcome to the Middle Ages". I have sent an email for which I have an acknowledgment of receipt and after two weeks I have not received an answer and I have had to go to another office to do the process and have them request it internally... waiting to change the office to see if there are more Good luck... Looking at the comments, no doubt...
