The day I went, they helped me, they were kind and helpful, I enjoyed getting my card with them, a very comfortable and easy experience, the cashier who gave me my plastic explained to me patiently and was very nice :) thank you BBVA
There was no welcome, no good morning greeting.
The employees talk a lot among themselves.
The teller did not tell me if she could help me with anything else, nor did she say thank you for coming to BBVA Bancomer.
The few times I have visited this branch, the truth is it is a battle. Their facilities are spacious and it makes me think that they have enough staff, however, there are closed boxes and the staff they have does not want to work.
Today specifically I couldn't make some payments at the window and they told me to make them in the practice, my surprise (which generated a lot of annoyance) is that none of them had "change" and obviously they can't make my payments. I approached an advisor to indicate the problem and he told me "they're restarting the system right now." I waited 20 minutes and they didn't solve anything and they didn't even care to tell me "we couldn't solve it."

It's good that they have open hours on Saturdays but they shouldn't charge for parking, and there is a lack of staff at the tills.
