I think that the job of the girl at the entrance, more than pressing buttons for you... should be to be informed about the flow of operations in the branch to inform arriving customers if they are going to have to wait much longer of the time expected to be attended to by an executive. We went to get a new account and we were waiting for 40 minutes when the approximate wait time was 15 minutes. When we ask the girl, without any empathy and in a hurry, she answers that she doesn't know anything and that there is only one executive serving. Wouldn't it have been good service to the future client to tell him this before we wasted our time without any results? "Good morning. We only have one executive serving at this time so waiting times may be longer. Do you have a problem with this or would you like to come back later?" ...it would have been that simple to have an interest in providing good service.
I was there for an hour at the bank to open an account.. And executive 3 with more forceful attention than anything.. Angry at everything she asked.. If they don't want to work better, don't go.. How do they put that kind of people attend to the public... Better the ATMs have a better attitude... Very bad... It is preferable to open an account elsewhere. make them kinder

Very slow service with executive. The checkout service is good and fast. There are only two ATMs and one deposit machine.

Great facilities, but too much time is wasted in line, and if you are not a bank customer it is even worse because you have to wait triple
